Nutrient Mixture F-12 Ham w/ Sodium bicarbonate w/o L-Glutamine

Nutrient Mixture F-12 Ham is the medium of choice for the growth of cells of rodent origin, cloning of myeloma and hybridoma cells and performing clonal toxicity assay using CHO cells. AL025 contains sodium bicarbonate and does not contain L-glutamine.
