Nutrient Mixture F-12 Ham w/ 2mM L-Glutamine and 1.5gms per litre Sodium bicarbonate

Nutrient Mixture F-12 Ham is the medium of choice for the growth of cells of rodent origin, cloning of myeloma and hybridoma cells and performing clonal toxicity assay using CHO cells. AL025S contains 2mM L-glutamine and 1.5gms per litre sodium bicarbonate.
