Minimum Essential Medium Eagle (Alpha modification) w/ Deoxyribonucleosides, Ribonucleosides and Sodium bicarbonate w/o L-Glutamine

Minimum Essential Medium(MEM) was developed by Harry Eagle to meet the specific nutritional requirements of certain subtypes of HeLa cells and normal mammalian fibroblasts. By eliminating calcium, it can facilitate growth of cells in suspension cultures. AL080 is alpha modification of Minimum Essential Medium Eagle with sodium bicarbonate, non-essential amino acids, deoxyribonucleosides and ribonucleosides. It does not contain L-glutamine.
