RPMI-1640 10X w/o Sodium bicarbonate and L-Glutamine
[AL102] RPMI 1640 medium is extensively used for a wide range of anchorage dependant cell lines. The medium is known to support growth of cells both in presence of 5-20% FBS and in absence of FBS. AL102 is a 10X concentrate without L-glutamine and sodium bicarbonate.
