RPMI- 1640 w/ L-Glutamine and Sodium bicarbonate w/o Glucose and HEPES
[AL150A] RPMI 1640 medium is extensively used for a wide range of anchorage dependant cell lines. The medium is known to support growth of cells both in presence of 5-20% FBS and in absence of FBS. AL150A is modified RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with L-glutamine and sodium bicarbonate. It does not contain glucose and HEPES.
