RPMI-1640 w/ L-Glutamine and 20mM HEPES buffer w/o Sodium bicarbonate
[AL197A] RPMI 1640 medium is extensively used for a wide range of anchorage dependant cell lines. The medium is known to support growth of cells both in presence of 5-20% FBS and in absence of FBS. AL197A is supplemented with 20mM HEPES buffer and L-glutamine. It does not contain sodium bicarbonate.
