RPMI-1640, Dutch modification w/ 20mM HEPES buffer and 1gm per litre Sodium bicarbonate w/o L-Glutamine
[AL198] RPMI 1640 medium is extensively used for a wide range of anchorage dependant cell lines. The medium is known to support growth of cells both in presence of 5-20% FBS and in absence of FBS. AL198 is supplemented with 20mM HEPES buffer and 1gm per litre sodium bicarbonate. It does not contain L-glutamine.
