Trypsin is a serine protease derived from porcine pancreas. Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), a chelating agent is often added to enhance enzymatic activity of trypsin solution. This product contains 0.05% Trypsin, 0.02% EDTA, 0.1% Glucose, 0.8% Sodium chloride, 0.04% Potassium chloride and 500mg per litre Sodium bicarbonate without phenol red.
