[CCK006] EZkillTM Mycoplasma Elimination Kit is an antibiotic based elimination kit designed to eliminate mycoplasma from cell culture. Mycoplasma contamination of cell culture is a major problem in both research and industrial production. Ideally it is recommended to discard the contaminated culture after autoclaving. Only in cases where cell line is very important and non-replaceable, treatment for elimination should be considered. Antibiotic based method is the most common and effective method with no marked cytotoxicity.
