[CCK036] Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) is a cytoplasmic enzyme present in all mammalian cells. Plasma membrane of live cells is impermeable to LDH. However it is rapidly released into the culture medium when plasma membrane is damaged. CCK036 has been designed for rapid determination of cell cytotoxicity using an enzyme coupled two step reaction.
