[CCK072] This assay kit has been designed for measuring the ferric reducing ability of test sample. In this assay, ferric ion-chromogen complex gets reduced to colored ferrous ion at low pH. FRAP values are obtained by comparing the absorbance change at 593nm in test reaction mixtures with those containing ferrous ions in known concentration.
