[CCK003] The EZcountTM MTT Cell Assay kit is designed for determination of cell viability and cell proliferation and/or effect of cytotoxic agent. This kit is based on the quantitative measurement of extracellular reduction of the yellow colored water soluble Tetrazolium dye 3-[4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2, 5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide(MTT) to insoluble formazan crystals by metabolically active cells.
