Trypsin is a serine protease derived from porcine pancreas. Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), a chelating agent is often added to enhance enzymatic activity of trypsin solution. This product contains 0.1% Trypsin, 0.02% EDTA, 0.05% Glucose and Phenol red in Dulbecco’s phosphate buffered saline.
