Accutase ® kann als direkter Ersatz von Trypsin für die Zelldissoziation eingesetzt werden. Accutase ® ist eine gebrauchsfertige Lösung aus kollagenolytischen und proteolytischen Enzymen Es wird für die routinemäßige Ablösung adhärenter Zellen aus Gewebekulturplatten und -flaschen verwendet. Eine Vielzahl von Zelltypen wurde erfolgreich mit Accutase ® subkultiviert, einschließlich Fibroblasten, endothelialen, vaskulären glatten Muskelzellen, sowie Hepatocyten, embryonalen Stammzellen und vielen immortalisierten Zelllinien, wie anhaftende CHO- und BHK-Zellen, HEK 293, L929 , HeLa, 3T3 und andere. Accutase ® ist frei von Säugetier- oder Bakterienprodukten.

Accutase ® can be used as a direct replacement of Trypsin for cell dissociation. Accutase ® is a ready-to-use cell detachment solution made of collagenolytic and proteolytic enzymes. It is used for routine detachment of adherent cells from tissue culture plates and flasks. A multitude of cell types has been successfully sub-cultured with Accutase ® , including fibroblasts, endothelial, vascular smooth muscle cells, as well as hepatocytes, embryonal stem cells, and many immortalized cell lines such as adherent CHO and BHK cells, HEK 293, L929, HeLa, 3T3, and others. Accutase ® is free of mammalian or bacterial products.
