RPMI-1640 w/ L-Glutamine and Sodium bicarbonate w/o Phenol red
[AL120A] RPMI 1640 medium is extensively used for a wide range of anchorage dependant cell lines. The medium is known to support growth of cells both in presence of 5-20% FBS and in absence of FBS. AL120A contains L-glutamine and sodium bicarbonate. It does not contain phenol red.
