Lymphopan is a growth medium specially suited for the culture of lymphocytes. Developed for lymphocytic cell lines, Lymphopan is also suited for the culture of primary lymphocytes from peripheral blood after addition of phytohemagglutinin (PHA-L). Primary lymphocytes cultured with PHA-L can be used for chromosome analysis.
