Panserin 801 is a serum-free (animal-derived components < 0.5 % w/v) and defined culture medium (total protein < 0.5 % w/v) for the cultivation of keratinocytes. It selectively supports the growth of human keratinocytes and concurrently prevents the overgrowth with fibroblasts.
COMPOSITION:
The kit (P04-710801K) contains chemically defined MCDB-153 as basal medium ( P04-710801B) and the following supplements:
- Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF)
- Insulin
